I've mentioned in a few posts i went into my chemist Tuesday to start lipotrim but was told to watch DVD and come back Friday - today...

I was weighed tues and was 234 and was given a free sample pack of shakes to do me til friday... well i got weighed today and lost 4lbs in 3 days...

Amazing I can't wait now for my 'first' proper week weigh in
