Just ate and ate -- all my plate!

Answering you W - I mainly have 3 green + 4 red per week.
I did try the quorn for spag bol on green this week (needed car fix), but as my fav dinner is spag bol (with lean mince), it was not my fav. As I made lots and frozen a few portion, think I will remake it into lasagne and add lots of other veg.
Think I will stick with having my meat spag bol and mabe use 2 portions of HEX B on pasta....

I will have to wait til I've been shopping to get the ingredients but I will definately give it a go
