    7 lbs very pleased with that as i'm usually a plodder ........now i've got the shake flavours i want ...good riddance caramel.......bring it on !!!!

    this website has kept me on the straight and narrow.....thanks to all of you susan :eek:

    2nd week .....3 lbs off....... so very pleased .....half term next week so booked badminton ( we 've not done it before ) and bowling and sister's house move ...all that lifting ......love reading all your posts xxxxx:eek:

    10 lbs is the most i have ever lost on a diet .....apart from the hubby (now EX ) when he says i've had a few affairs........noooooo he didn't tell me it was the latest scorned trollope.......then i lost a lot of weight !!!:cool:
