Hi Susan,well done on reaching your first goal thats 7 pounds gone 4 ever. What is your next goal !! It does not matter how slow or fast u get 2 your goals as long as u achieve them and u have done that. Take care xx
2nd week .....3 lbs off....... so very pleased .....half term next week so booked badminton ( we 've not done it before ) and bowling and sister's house move ...all that lifting ......love reading all your posts xxxxx
10 lbs is the most i have ever lost on a diet .....apart from the hubby (now EX ) when he says i've had a few affairs........noooooo he didn't tell me it was the latest scorned trollope.......then i lost a lot of weight !!!
