wow that sounds wrong ha....anyway im on day six and I've just come on totm and was wondering how much this will affect my weight loss now im have very irregular periods and was only one two weeks ago ( sorry to b so graphic). im getting weighed tomorrow but nxt week when i get weighed will it be really low and is there anything i can do i feel really bloated now cus of this x

yes this can affect what you weigh but you normaly still have a loss. but dont let this put you of. you may be a lucky one who still has a loss i was on my totm my first week back .and still had a loss .. good luck x
