Just can't get started!

I signed up for 3 months ww online at the weekend and I just can't get going at all!
I am used to the old ww and it's worked in the past (and I know the new pp version will work if i do it properly) but I just seem to have no motivation.
I need to lose about 2.5 stone so that i can fit into some nice clothes and have some more energy and that should be incentive enough so what's wrong with me?
Please please could someone out there give me some advice/kick up the bum?!?

Here's a big kick up the bum!!! Propoints is fine once you get your head around it it's just the initial change that's making you wary! Pretty much everything is double the old points in my experience if that helps you xxx

Hey :) I always find it hard this time of the year getting motivated to do anything - long dark nights and cold days! I've got a lot more to lose than you, but after Christmas and gorging myself silly, putting on some of the weight I'd lost during the year, I just thought I don't want to be fat when I'm 30 - which is four years away. I've wasted a lot of my twenties feeling miserable about the way I look and I want to be healthy, fit and slim.

Maybe you could get those clothes out, visualise yourself in them, think about how much better you would feel. Don't beat yourself up about it, maybe have a couple of days of just eating healthily and loosely tracking points before going into it properly next week?
