The only difference is the oatbran and walking. on attack only 1 1/2 tbsp on cruise 2 tbsp and 1 tbsp wheat bran if you need to. Walking is 20 mins on attack min and 30 mins on PP min x

There is another difference. Once on Cruise phase, you're allowed certain "tolerated" foods... PP and PV. Best avoid when you first start and save them for a rainy (aka "I'm starving") day though, but good to know they exist because, say, fruit yoghurts with pieces in them are "tolerated" (maxi two per day and no other tolerateds if having two) hence NOT ALLOWED in attack!
