okay, so following sw have made me loose about 2st whic is great! i cant fault the plan =] now.... the reason for this post. syns.. i try to have all my syns a day. i find if i miss syns i have little losses... but this past week ive hadabout 18-20 a day and have lost a lb more than i would of expected.

just wondering if anyones experienced this and if its the body still adjusdting to new eating habits?? i know that many syns as i loose more wieght wont help.:rolleyes:
 
youve probably shocked the body, so your body been in a routine and all of a sudden youve shocked it by eating a bit more of something else , so your body kick starts again

my bF started going a muscle gym and he eats chicken and veg 6 days a week and on the other day, he has a carb fest ' crap' day - this makes his body kick start again xx
