Just discovered....

..... that out of date Ketostix don't work! Had some in the bathroom cabinet left over from when I did Cambridge a couple of years ago, dated May 2010, and I assumed that this would be a best-before date rather than a use-by date. I have been getting really frustrated as to why I've been doing all the right things all week and not getting into ketosis, so I've just been and bought a new pack of ketostix, and guess what?.....

....BRIGHT PINK!!!

found some old ones in the back of the drawer....well out of date, they said not pink. so, they just hit the back of the fire....

any chemist should sell them,although some "boots" stores are a bit funny about it,and some people have found that they wouldn't sell them,Ebay is somewhere else that people have bought them from,if you get them make sure they are in date,as this effects them too.
