Hey everyone,
Im new to exante. My order arrived today and Im starting tomorrow. I have done cd in the past (1.5yrs ago), did well but came off before getting to my goal. Im now back heavier then before, but more determined that this time round I will not stop till I reach my target weight and I will make it happen!!
Really excited about starting my new diet in the morn
and also about the dilute juice n coke zero we're allowed
Will need lots of advise, support, help and even a kick up the back when required. This will be my place to talk, vent, support and be supported.
Looking forward to exante-day1 and getting to know you all
