Just got back from my 2nd WI...fab news

I've lost another 7lbs this week, wahoo!! Thats 17lbs in total 3ins off my waist and BMI down from 44 to 40!

That's great stuff, especially on the inch loss. I'm finding that seeing the lbs come down is fine but it's hard to relate directly to something. But seeing the inches decrease is a real boost.

Thanks everyone i'm very proud of myself, especially as i've been 100% for the whole 2 weeks, and i had to face another trip to mcdonalds and a meet up with old friends at the pub at least i'm a cheap night out at the minute my pint of iced water was completely free!
