2 1/2 pound lost. I was abit disappointed as i'd done loads of walking and eaten scan bran everyday but...I did allow myself to have some treats on Friday night (arent weekends so hard!) and me my hubby and little one went to Big Wok yesterday so I cant really complain.

You shouldn't be disappointed in that....it's a loss! Well done. :D As for going to a chinese once in a while...you have to live. If I go out I tend to choose a red or green day dependant on what type of meal I'm going for and then doesn't effect my week too much. You should give it a try.

Thanks everyone I am please, I suppose I just thought that with me having so much to lose it would of been more. But 2 1/2 is great, the scales going down and thats what matters.
