Just joined saying hello...


My only tip is talk to anyone and everyone. They all have individual advice and something is bound to work for you.

My tip...drink 3 litres of water a day...!

To try and get me off my current plateau..For the last 2 weeks I am trying to drink more water and have cut out all sweetners and drinks like diet coke that contain ie ASPARTAME AND ACESULFAME K after reading about the effects of some of the chemicals have on your body when you are trying to diet..so far its seems to be working as i have lost 5 pounds:D

Good stuff...I lost a fair bit of weight earlier this year but had a couple of injuries from an accident so starting again now :)
