Just made a simple free garlic chicken curry

    This is so simple and is probably something you've all done but I thought I'd post it as its so simple.

    I've called it 'garlic' chicken curry as I love garlic and put plenty in, but if its not your thing then you could just miss it out.

    Fry cubed chicken, onions and mushrooms in fry light for about 10 mins, sprinkle with a chicken oxo stock cube, cook for another couple of minutes, add curry powder, some passata and garlic and cook for about 3-4 mins on low. Add yoghurt, season and taste. You can always add more curry powder if you like it spicier.

    I served it with asda golden vegetable rice 1 1/2 sins.

    I've had two bowls of homemade vegetable soup today, so I wasn't too worried about the 1/3rd superfree.

    Sounds good :D you also sound like you d had the 1/3 superfree in the curry as ingredients so bonus points for you :D
