Just need alittle advice please

Hello all JUDDDers, I just wanted some advice, I did JUDD before chrimbo and now I am back, do I need to do the introduction 2 weeks again the DD of 500 and no more and UD of 2000. Or this a good basis to stick to.

As according to the calculator my DD and UD are a little more calories. I quite like the idea of the 500 and 2000 would this be okay to stick to or can I only do it for the 2 weeks...... :confused:

Yes I still stick to the 500 and 2000 cals and I've been on juddd since the start of September lol! Don't think I'll change much from that until I get to goal :)

oohhh thats okay then, thats wot I'll do as well, just having a 10cal soup, but I must up my water intake of pure water (sparkling) i only have a pint or 2. But i do drink a can of diet coke as well as my tea intake which is 2 at the mo, but will probably have 3 mo during afternoon and evening. hoping it makes enough...
Yes shep definitely try to up your water intake as it really does help. The more you flush through your system the less fluid you will retain as your body starts to realise it's always getting enough of the stuff and doesn't hang onto it anymore. As they say the more you drink, the more you shrink!!
