Just placed 1st order - Any tips?

    Hi!

    I just placed my first order from Exante, so what with the bank holiday I expect it will arrive on Wednesday. I'll start on Thursday. Got about 5 stone to lose. Lost weight before and then put it back on and then some.

    It's finally time to take back control! Im going to Disney World with my husband in October and I want it to be more enjoyable than last October where my feet hurt all the time and it was more tiring than it should've been.

    Anywho I was wondering if you all had any tips for starting out on exante that you wish you'd known when you started?

    Good luck on your journey. My 2nd week is almost over and I have really struggled this week. First week was so easy and I was so happy with the results. I done cambridge last year the weight I lost I put back on. I to would love to lose 5-6 stone.

    Hey berry1 congratulations on doing your 2nd week. Just a question why did you find week 2 harder than week 1?

    Good luck, I'm also at the end of my second week. My top tips would be treat yourself, I got myself some flowers and nice bubble bath when I had to go in the supermarket. Also drink plenty, the days I've felt I was struggling I'd not had as much to drink. My second week has also been a been more difficult than the first, but am determined to get through my first 4 week pack. This site is really good to keep you focused and motivated.

    I have no idea why I have struggled. Maybe it's because it's been a bank holiday and I've been out and about with the kids and temptation got to me. Someone also said the first week is a big thing and very exciting to see what u lose. My 3rd week starts today and I'm so focused:) I can't go back to my old ways. These forums do really help.
