Hello everyone!
I'm starting exante TS 100% today on 17/06/2020 Wednesday being at 280lbs (20st), 5'5ft.
I did it before 9 years ago. Lost over 5st, then life happened and things gone wrong. With this amount of "extras" I don't feel well. It's hard to bend down, hard to do my shoes and such. Don't need to mention how I feel about the way I look...
It's time to get back on track and sort out myself.
I know how hard it is in the beginning so I'd appreciate any help from you guys to keep me going.
I wish you all success and more happy days! :)
Now off I go to my first shake today. :eating:

Welcome back and good luck!

I'm on Exante too but I am kinda mixing up the plans a bit to suit myself.

I'm having 1,000 calories a day. Have 3 shakes, a 200 calorie meal and a snack.

Hope you enjoyed your first shake. What flavour did you have?

Hello :)
It's coconut and caramel latte. I have to admit it's quite sweet. But not too bad. I added more water so it's not sicklish.
As you noticed I have A LOT to get rid of, so must stick to 100% TS to get going.
Maybe you could help me with something, if you don't mind. I updated my data but not everything shows correctly. Under my avatar, the S (starting weight) is not showing the right number. How do I change it, please?

oh I found it! :D all sorted!

I find the shake more sweat than I remember. I'm wondering if the all are this sweet.
There is a difference in size of the bars, they were much thicker longer as I remember them. That's a shame for sure.
Unfortunately my favorite tomato soup doesn't exist anymore. I remember the veg, thai chicken, mushroom ones. Now, there are so many flavors and I'm going to taste all of them :) As for meals... I only picked a few pots of Indian Daal. Let's hope it's not a mistake haha.
What are your favorite shakes, soups, meals?

I'm just sticking to shakes for the time being.

I love the chocolate mint, lemon cheesecake, cinnamon swirl (this is my favourite right now), cherry bakewell and caramel frappe.

I do like a lot of the soups aswell but some of them you need to try more than one cos you hate it initially but then your taste changes I think, I was like that with the red thai chicken soup.

I do love the bars but feel like they slow my losses down a bit.

I love the indian dhaal pots but my favourite the black bean ones.

Thanks again for replying Dolly Rocker!
Hmm, interesting. I do remember that some stuff was gross when I tried it first then my taste changed so much I loved it and the worse ones became my favorites haha :D
I didn't order black bean, need to try next time then.
I think the bars are a bit tricky if you, like me, are
sweet tooth. But the carbs in them are needed, especially when on 100%TS.
Have you tried the water flavorings? There is a lot of extra vitamins and such and caffeine (energy boost) in them. What do you think?

No probs.

Yeah same here.

Oh the honeycomb shakes I found disgusting, I had to get rid of them I couldn't even stomach them at all.

I got a pineapple and orange water flavouring with my last order but I haven't tried it yet, I'm actually enjoying water right now so think I will save that for when I go to visit people that way I won't be tempted to drink alcohol or fizzy drinks.

Good job I ordered only one of each from shakes then. Wanted to try every flavor so I know which one to avoid :D
I'm thinking more about extra vitamins with the water flavouring. But yes, they can be use when we socialize more instead of alcohol. Thanks for the idea!

Yeah I made the mistake of ordering them thinking I would enjoy them - do not do that!

Yeah it is really good that you get the extra vitamins but I was only thinking about the socialising aspect of it :classic_tongue:

Okay, had a cup of black coffee and a white chocolate and lemon bar. Very yummy. Now the soup is left, a mushroom one this evening. So far it's not bad. 🙃

I love the mushroom soup, I always put lots of black pepper in it - yummy!

I haven't tried that bar, they are so handy to have in if you are going out though so might try to order some in for emergencies!

Yes, I always add black pepper to my soups. I'm curious if the mushroom soup is as thick as I remember. I use to add some extra water to get the right thickness (and had more soup this way!) We will see in about 2hrs. :)

Hi Biggie! I’m a recent restarted too! Same old life getting in the way and the weight going back on that i previously lost!!
So far so good and I am enjoying it. It definitely helps when you find products that you really like!

I always add more water to the shakes and the soups.

I do find them way too thick with the 200ml.

Hope you have a good day on plan today.

Hi guys! I hope you are going well and stay focused and we all can get closer to our goal. I will be doing weekly weight in but obviously I had to hop on scale this morning... :p you know, just to check if it work hahahaha So, um... 3.4lbs down but it's not counting yet. Also I know that the first week it is water mostly not the real fat. Still, it helps and is very motivating. All in all happy morning and I'm ready for the fight today!
Stay strong guys! :)

Orange and chocolate shake is okay, not as sweet as the latte one, which is good. No extra water needed. But I do mix them with 250ml not 200mil anyway. Still going strong! :)

I haven't tried that one yet.

Might order some new flavours next month.

Glad you're still going strong!
