    Hi All

Just started CD yesterday, finally decided I to do something about my weight.

I will be going on to SS but I need to get GP signature first.

So on step 4. I thought I have a go at CD so I don't have to think about what food to to eat. But for step four I'm suppose to have a bit of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just don't want to do that, so if just have a 2 Shakes/soups for breakfast / lunch and then have a evening meal. will that do so total calories add to up around 800?

    Thanks

I'm doing SS and have been since my first visit to see my CDC. Are they making you wait to get your Doctor's signature before you can start SS or are you reducing your carb load first ?
Just having a look at the booklet - Step 4 is 1200 calories, which incorporates 2 CD shakes/soups plus skimmed milk, plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are reducing your carb load, it is more important to take note of carb levels as well as calories, as some of the meals have the same calorie levels but higher carb levels..
Don't know if this makes sense, but I would speak to your CDC or maybe someone else on here can help ?
