Just started week 4 of Atkins

Hi, am new here. I started to cut down my carbs and then realised I was in ketosis so kind of fell into the Atkins plan by accident. I have just got the book and realised I have been making a few mistakes but hopefully they are rectified now.

Today I have had

Pork scratchings for breakfast!!
3 egg omelette made with cream and cheddar filling for lunch
roast chicken with green veg and small amount gravy
small bowl strawberries with whipping cream
3 litres water

Have so far lost about 10lb, I havent been weighing very often as I get depressed if I havent lost when I think I have. Already back in some old jeans.

Hey! I'm new here too, I'm also Atkins-ing and wish I knew the answer to stinky breath :)
 
Hi Fiona, you are not too far from me. I am in West Essex. Good luck with your goals, hope to see you on here alot. I have found keeping my diary is a great inspiration. My diary is 'fed up with buying clothes because they cover me up'.

I am on day 4 of week 4 and very happy and dont feel deprived. Enjoy your day.
