Joined the forum as I am in my third week of the plan, having signed up online to make myself get started/commit to it for the longer - term.
To be honest I've lost so far but only very little, which I've found disheartening. I've done slimming world in the past and got off to a great start so was disappointed this time round. I've been trying to recognise where I might be able to make improvements to what I'm eating but also realised I'm going to need a bit of support from others on days when I'm feeling fed up and demotivated...!!
Having a look round the forum it looks like there are some really useful threads and already I've spotted some relevant posts so hoping being here will really help
