Extra Easy just starting

thankyou all - dont want to bore you with my food dairy so will just give you one days example

breakfast - sw big breakfast
dinner - jacket pot, tuna, sweetcorn, mayo and salad
tea- sw blt burger with healthy a cheese slices and healthy b wholemeal roll
syns = 3.5
 
I think you could probably do with upping the superfrees a bit. You haven't got any fruit in there, I know you have veg and salad but not sure it is really 1/3 of what you have eaten. Do you drink plenty of water and other (non-alcoholic) fluids? You also need to have at least 5 syns a day and up to 15.

If I don't have my 5 syns a day I don't tend to lose.

hi denise, i was planning to have fruit with muller light yoghurt as snacks, i drink loads of black coffee, i struggle to drink plain water when its cold. im saving some syns for 2 bottle of wine on sat night :) i know your not really meant to do that but i have too x
