I stood on my scales this morning and saw 12st 13lb the first time I have seen a 12 on those scales for a very long time soooooo happy :-D I know most people couldn't give a hoot but I just wanted to shout out I'm in the 12st bracket lol got to get cracking now to see the 11st something !
