I love Ibiza too, this will be my fourth year in a row lol...but my first time with OH!!

I am staying at Hotel Puchet in San Antonio, first time i've stayed there. Have stayed in Ibiza Rocks Hotel last 3 years but can't justify the money this year!

I do one 10k run, 2 LBT classes and 2 Spinning classes per week! Sometime's i'll do 3 LBT classes depending on how i'm feeling!

Oooo Ibiza rocks love it! Getting expensive now though. Puchet is a nice hotel though! Hope you have a fab time!

Must up my exercise. I do 3 60 minutes cardio and vary what I do but doesn't seem to be working!

Yeah Puchet is newly refurbished...looks lovely!!
I prefer classes to cardio sessions!
Spinning has really helped my legs!
When i do LBT i use wrist weights to tone up my arms and my running helps with general toning!!!

I can't wait to be toned :) love spinning classes but not sure we have LBT classes.

Hi Kate

I go spinning, Cardio Blast and Boxercise, plus 2 gym sessions.

I would reccommend Boxercise, its brilliant and fun. Its done wonders for my arms.

I have apparently gained another 2 pounds! Unbelievable. Now 9st 6 which was my pre Xmas weight :-(

I wouldnt worry hun, its all that muscle :character00115: LOL
You look fab and really are an inspiration...im not far behind you on the weight...but my figures nowhere near as good as yours!

I wouldn't worry either! Muscle obviously, no weight you'd gain any fat from all those monster gym sessions! Don't lose heart :)
 
Saturday 9th April Red Day

Hiya, so i went out last night with the girls and it was crapp!!!
Only ended up having one drink when i was out and was home and in bed by 1.30am just wasn't in the mood whatsoever! Had a massive lie in today too til 10am and have been for a HUGE run in the sunshine. Off to see OH grandparents in hospital shortly and going to see Peter Kay tonight...eeee!!

WOW...Had such a busy day...we have the CEO and MD of our company coming to visit our branch on Wednesday to attack us so we have been preparing so we are totally bullet proof!
SO busy i forgot to eat tbh, i didn't even feel hungry!!

Good job my OH is over 6 foot really!
I used to dread wearing heels as all my mates are so short, but i embrace it now!

I love high heels too much to not wear them!
 
I'm usually the jolly green giant too :) can't dance in flats anyway, need heels to boogie properly!

On another note....i have no freaking kitchen!
Having kitchen re-fitted so currently have no over, hob or grill!
I just about have a microwave, slowcooker and kettle!!!

Jacket Potato and beans for my dinner tomorrow lol as thats all i can cook!!!

Getting bit sick and tired now tbh...think maybe im not getting enough variance in my diet so thinking back to what i was eating this time last year when i was losing 3lb a week to see if i can kickstart something again
Went to all you can eat buffet last night for a rebellious blow out so feel mega hippo today!

Hey, went to cinema last night to see Scream 4, which was pretty good tbh!!!
Resisted Ben & Jerry's & Pic N Mix....although it really grieved me!
Had 2 alpen light bars instead lol!!!
