Week Two

In my first week I lost 3lb - started at 10st13 and am now 10st10, although to start with it didn't seem to be working.

Am going to SlimFast for another week or two and see how it goes. Aim overall is to be 10st by Christmas, 9st by 18th March (Paris trip) and 8st7lb by July (my 21st birthday and graduation.) Will be doing Slimfast for a few weeks hopefully and then returning to healthy-eating and calorie-counting.

Monday 1st
- 1 powder shake - 230cals
- 1 bottled shake - 220cals
- box of yoghurt-coated raisins - 64cals
- cottage pie and peas - 475cals
- Weight Watchers yoghurt - 50cals

Total = 1039 calories


Tuesday 2nd
- 1 powder shake - 230cals
- 1 bottled shake - 220cals
- banana - 100cals
- lamb stew with peas - 400cals
- 1 spoonful of apple pie and custard (I stole one spoon of my bf's dessert when we were at the pub - no idea about the calories in that so going to guess 100cals :S lol)

Total: 1050 calories

Wednesday 3rd
- 1 powder shake - 230cals
- 1 bottled shake - 220cals
- WW yoghurt - 50cals
- chicken, baked potato with Flora Light, bag of steamed veg - approx 500cals

Total calories: 1000 (approx)

Thursday 4th
- 1 bottled shake - 220cals
- 1 powder shake - 230cals

Started again yesterday after falling off the wagon a bit lately...but am now more determined after cutting a man who was not worth it out of my life :)

Monday
- 2 bottled shakes
- Minestrone soup - 1/2 can, wholemeal pitta bread
- banana

Tuesday
- bottled shake
- powdered shake
- spaghetti bolognase from Wetherspoons' healthy options menu - 485cals

Wednesday
- 2 bottled shakes
- Wholemeal pasta and Dolmio bolognase sauce

Thursday
- 2 powdered shakes
- basmati rice, beans and haddock in breadcrumbs

Friday
- 2 powdered shakes
- roast dinner
- 7 biscuits (37 calories each)

Saturday
- 2 powdered shakes
- noodles, Quorn and peas with light soy sauce
- Weight Watchers yoghurt

Sunday
- 2 powdered shakes
- roast dinner
- Asda Fruit Slices, pack of 3 - 170 cals

Weighed myself this morning - am now 10st7, so total loss of 6lbs even with a couple of weeks off eating whatever :)

Week 2

Monday - 10st7
- 2 powdered shakes
- fish, rice, vegetables

Tuesday
- bottled shake
- powdered shake
- homemade cottage pie and peas

Wednesday - 10st5 :D :D
- bottled shake
- powdered shake
- 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of toast, beans

Thursday
- powdered shake
- bottled shake

Bit worried about all the nights out and parties I've got coming up to the Christmas/New Year period - I'll be sticking to the diet food-wise but I will be having a few drinks...haven't got tipsy for a while and want a few good nights out with my friends especially after a nasty break up! I'll limit the amount I drink and stick to vodka and diet Coke but still sooo many calories in alcohol :( hope it doesn't impact on my losses too much!

you will be fine just be extra good on the days your not partying, thats what i do, and i party alot lol id lose more weight if i didnt party lol
