Also only a pound to lose and that's my six stone loss since starting in January yippedydo lol.

Yoyo I took the photo upside down for some reason - the digits on the scale scroll so that you see the stones and then the pounds --- I'm not the best photographer

Do you know it really is fab to be on here and be with people who understand just how amazing it feels to get to be overweight - thank you all for your support and comments, they mean a lot xx

Day 6 is almost done, been 100% and not bothered me at all, even though I cooked (pizza and bits) for hubby, son and my mum. Going to have a glass of water and a coke zero and then that's me done for the day, just tomorrow to get through and then it's official weigh in on Wednesday morning but as I'm 9lb down already I'd be happy even if it stayed at that

Am working locally tomorrow so if the dog is feeling kind I might get a bit of a lie in, now that would be nice

Last photo for a while I promise, I've lost one pound this morning which gives me a six stone loss since I started on January 6th From 17st 7lb to 11st 7lb and I really couldn't be happier.....though if I could lose another stone before I go away in 6 weeks I'll be even happier
