ProPoints Kat's WW Journey

Urgh........ I have had a bad weekend for the diet :(
Not too bad on the diet front but WAY too much alcohol and didn't track.
Oh well it's done now, no point turning a bad couple of days into a bad week so i'm back on it. Going to just stick to my daily points and get some exercise in and hopefully the scales won't be too unkind on Thursday. But if I get a gain, I deserve it.
Just got Your Shape for kinect, looking forward to giving it a go later.

May have a cheeky cider to use up the rest of my points.

Earned 3 AP's by doing 35 mins on the bike.

Total = 29/29

Didn't manage to earn any AP's tonight, had hairdresser round.
Weigh in tomorrow - think the best I can hope for is to STS xx

Trying not to use the last 3 points by eating crap just for the sake of it tonight. Got an awful headache so don't really feel up to doing exercise.
Feeling a bit crappy and unmotivated tonight, not too sure why :-(

Yeah I'm doing PP.
I got them from asda, they are called Asda Good For You Chicken and Sweetcorn Noodle Break.
Tesco do similar ones too. There's also a couscous one that's nice. Think they cost about 60p each and they are 6 pro points, the tesco couscous is 5 points.
So handy for lunch at work!

Cool, thank you they sound yummy, I'm a bit bored at the mo with lunch things so need new ideas but with lower points.

Yep but it's cool today coz I've just had a call from hubby to go and pick up some materials gotta drive 20 miles but it's actually next to our nearest asda so I can stock up.
