    Hi everyone,

    Some of you may have seen me dotted around this forum a few times, some kind ladies from the ww section encouraged me to start my own food diary for added support so this is what I am doing..

    So a little about me.. My names Katy I am 25 from london i have always battled with my weight and had body complexes since ive been in my very early teens.. Ive been between 9 and a half stone at my lowest (albeit when i was 15!!) and at my heaviest 12.3 stone. I am 5'3 in height and i do not carry weight well at all! I look very top heavy at the minute and just want to be happy with my body and myself once and for all.

    I have literally tried every diet going.. From shake diets to sw to ww to lean and clean to basically starving then binging.

    My most recent weight loss was 1.7 stone during cambridge shakes only diet needless to say that didnt last and ive put on about 5lbs since then! I did feel really motivated my first few weeks at weight watchers but recently i have been feeling very low about my slow losses that i cant seem to get out of this negative thinking!

    Really need some support and of course i would love to support others too!! I am currently 10st 13lbs and want to be about 9st 7 although right now that seems so far away so i want to take it in small steps so it feels that little bit less daunting!

    I want to put on here what i am eating each day.. Hopefully by doing so i will be accountable, honest with myself about what i am actually eating And look at patterns of eating habits ie when i binge or feel the need to.

    I wont bore you with any more rambling! Anyway if u made it this far reading well done hahha and thank you! Please post, everyone is welcome :)

    So I'll start with how my day has been.. I have been so busy with work today and it has also been a very stressful day with some clients being very rude and aggressive towards me at work. Usually I would react by thinking 'i need fooooood' but i literally didnt have time to feel that way until now.. Because i am at home with little to do this evening! Ive had my dinner and some weekly points used but thats ok.. I wont beat myself up about it I have had a hard day as it is! Instead I am now gonna spend the evening pampering myself ready for my anniversary with my boyfriend tomorrow :)

    Heres my diary for today (not the greatest day i admitt!!!)

    Breakfast:
    Warburtons wholemeal bread 4ppts
    Bacon rashers 4ppts
    Anchor light 3ppts


    Lunch:
    Boots shapers chicken and feta salad 4ppts
    Walkers crisps 3ppts
    Fruit:eek: ppts

    Dinner:
    Wholewheat pasta: 5
    Rocket: 0
    Lean mince: 3
    Dolmio sauce: 3

    Anytime:
    2x digestives: 5
    Apple juice: 3


    Total daily points: 35/26
    Weeklies remaining: 40

    Hey, first of all what an amazing achievement with regard to the non-purging, That is a task in it's self! you should be so proud of just how strong you are. Eating disorders are nasty, horrible and vile things and it just shows how much willpower you have as eating disorders are one of the hardest things to deal with/live with/manage.

    Feeling guilty/thinking about food is another really complex mind game that most of us play with ourselves on a daily basis, but your a strong young lady and not worrying/obsessing/thinking will calm down with a bit of time :)

    The people on here are absolutely amazing super supportive and totally non-judgemental, so feel free to vent as much as you like, there will always be someone who is around :)

    Your not the only with slow losses honey, and slow losses are a good thing! (we don't want you to lose that lean muscle mass) but we will all be here no matter how long your journey takes!

    Thank you! I should have got weight yesterday but i wimped out lol! I am def going next thurs though and hoping to have a loss!

    Tomorrow were staying in a penthouse apartment in pimlico and then to marco pierre whites restaurant! I am sooooo excited! Cant wait :) 3 course meal but gonna be as healthy as poss! Xx

    Tbh I would just go and enjoy it and don't worry about it start fresh when you get back but I love your will power I'd be the same just track everything

    Naughty you shud of got weighed still but ill let you off lol xx

    Thanks a lot for taking the time to read and posting!

    It certainly is a task in itself and very very hard to manage at times but i am doing ok. I think something like posting on here can distract me from getting back into binging and purging. I really need to learn that if i eat something unhealthy i need to accept it, move on, eat healthily for the rest of the day as apposed to purging.

    Sounds like everyone is really helpful and friendly! If you have a diary i will also follow yours to lend some support!

    That is so true and i know deep down slower losses is the healthier way i just feel so impatient lol. Xx

    I am worried if i let loose too much tomorrow il end up not able to stop so want to try keep some control and point everything!

    I know i know.. Lol... I honestly couldn't face it thought I knew id put on or sts and felt so embarrassed as I've only managed a 4lb loss in 5 weeks! No more hiding away or avoiding meetings though!

    How long have you been on ww for? Xx

    Iv been on for 6 weeks and lost 10lb so far I get weighed first thing.

    You shud go just for piece of mind....a loss is a loss start fresh from now you have a new set of weeklies come and post on here get ideas and stick to it as much as you can.

    I really hope I'm not coming across bossy I just wanna be here to help and Give you the kick up the bum you need lol xx

    Wow well done! Brilliant loss in 6 weeks :)! You must be pleased?!

    I will definitely go next week and thereafter.. Need to face up to things if I've been bad! I will do I am gonna do this I either stick to this and lose weight or sit and do nothing and don't lose.. So its a no brainer for me now.

    No not at all.. I need it trust me!!!! Xx
