ProPoints Katy's diary: No more binges & no more wasting time!

Hey everyone!


Thanks all new subscribers and you are all very welcome!

Omg last night was actually amazing!!! It was honestly the best food I have ever eaten! I would recommend anyone to go there and try the place! Heres some food porn haha..

We went to marco pierre whites steak and ale house.. I had beef cappacio to start (sorry cant spell) then i had gammon steak for main, my boyfriend had rib eye steak.. Then for dessert we had sticky toffee pudding!

Ive no doubt I have spent all my weeklies but i really enjoyed myself!

I had green beans with my gammon no carbs and two mouthfuls of pudding then gave the rest to my boyfriend! So I remained controlled throughout but I did drink too. I think thats where my weeklies went!

So yesterdays food intake:

Breakfast:
Fruit: 0pp

Lunch:
Sushi from tesco: 6ppt
Grapes: 0pp

Dinner:
Carpaccio of beef:5
Gammon: 7
Greenbeans: 0

Dessert:
8pp

Today I am really craving chinese for dinner.. Any ideas on healthy option from takeaway? Xxx

Aww lovely photo of the two of you, glad you had a good time :) lemon chicken is 10pp or pork char Sui is 11 points, on the ww website there's a list of a few dishes that are low pp xx

Thanks hun! Oooh ok I will take a look online and see.. I know Chinese isn't the healthiest of takeaways :s xx
 
Well I havent been too good today so far.. Made some bad choices! Ive had two small brown rolls with a sausage in each roll!

So that totals to:
Brown roll x2:7
Cumberland sausage:12
Butter:3

So now I only have 4pp left for today how stupid of me! To be honest I just did it, ate it then pointed it And now it feels like such a waste :(

Ive slept for the past few hours too and don't feel particularly hungry now but I know that Ive fancied Chinese all day and now i cant do that.. Well i COULD, but that'd mean i am well over my points and This could turn into a vicious cycle of eating rubbish and binging again so I am going to choose NOT to have Chinese!

I think I also need to be alot more prepared food wise.. I see some of you planning out your weeks dinners etc, i think this really is the key to keeping on track! Theres also no veg and fruit in the house now which is usually my snack option so i am setting myself up to fail if i dont do some shopping today... Or tomorrow at latest! I presume supermarkets close at 4 on a sunday though?

Really want a loss this week! Gonna get my Butt back down the gym too!

:( o no! Well coz u want a chinese why dnt u have one nxt weekend something to look forward to? Dnt beat ur self up about what u have eaten at least u have pointed it!
What u plannin on having for ur dinner?
I always plan what I'm guna have the night before or defo on the morning coz if I dnt I jus grab what ever abd regret it later!

Yer good idea i will save til next weekend when i have my new set of weeklies! I have no idea what to have for dinner now.. Not much if i only have 4pp left :( i will have a look on my iphone app to see what is suggested in there. Tbh i am not hungry but i will be later! May fill up on water & tea.. Maybe have a bowl of soup?

Thats the last time I steam ahead and eat something without checking points value! What a waste!!!!

Sometimes its easy not to think though isn't it thinkin o that won't b many points!
U got any salad stuff in? Ham salad or egg salad? Or a veggie stirfry? Or pasta with some 0pp sauce?xx

You're welcome! :) I'm still off the wagon and haven't made a diary yet seeing as I'm still eating whatever I want (crap, mostly. :() Are you gonna go to your Thursday WI this week? I know we both haven't been for the last 2 weeks and I really wanted to go this week but TOTM is due on Tuesday and I'm not back on track yet so I'm thinking of missing it again. Dunno what to do really, not sure I can face it yet. xx
 
Wow that food looks amazing and you both look so happy! I had the WW cumberland sausages for my tea, they are really tasty if you are cooking them at home in the future and only 1pp for 1 3pp for 2 or 4pp for 4 :)
