Breakfast: cup of tea (naughty again...I will eat it tomorrow)

Lunch: Cheese (Hexa) Ham (Hexb) and tomato toastie, cadburys light choc mousse (3 syns)

Dinner: Chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onion with 1tsp fajita spice. Sainsburys BGTY Wrap (A whole 7 syns!!!)

Total syns: mousse (3) wrap (7) milk splashes (3) Total 13/15
 
Thursday 22nd November 2012 - could do with some help with breakfasts!!!

Almost weigh in day, this is the longest I've followed plan for absolutely ages, although it's only been 5 days lol :) Haven't been as tired after work so hopefully it has something to do with starting to eat properly again. Anyway, today's menu...

Breakfast:
- cup of tea (finding breakfasts really hard as I leave for work at 6.45 and I'm just not hungry then.. or just fancy toast but then there's no hexb option for lunch. Ideas anyone?

Lunch:
-pitta bread (hexb)
-ham
-cherry toms
-3 x light babybel cheese (hexa)
-greek lemon fat free yoghurt (0.5 syn)

Dinner
-chicken strips coated in curry powder
(had no fry-lite for the chips, salad had gone off, total disaster dinner!)

Syns
milk splashes (3) yoghurt (0.5) total so far 3.5/15

May have some crisps with I'm a celeb :)

Weigh in is in the morning, excited and nervous at the same time! Think I've had a better day food wise as I didn't skip breakfast :)

Breakfast - 2 ww wholemeal toast (hexb) with low fat soft cheese (hexa)

Lunch - bachelors Savory Rice, chicken. Muller Light Greek Lemon yoghurt (0.5 syns)

Dinner - chilli con carne (extra lean mince, onions, peppers, mushrooms, toms, puree, oxo, kidney beans, chilli powder) with rice and 1 tbsp low fat sour cream and chive dip (need to look up syns, can't imagine it being many)

Velvet crunch for I'm a celeb (4 syns)

Syns: milk (3) yoghurt (0.5) velvet runch (4) Total 7.5/8
 
Weigh in result :)

Lost 5lbs this week! :) Feeling really motivated for week 2, although have planned a takeaway tonight.. Avoiding starters and going for some kind of chicken with boiled rice.
 
Saturday 24th Nov 2012

Breakfast - 2 ww toast (hexb) with low fat cream cheese (hexa) and cup of tea
Lunch - Boots Shapers Prawn Sandwich, based on cals, I get this at 14.5 syns... Argh!
Dinner - boiled rice with some kind of takeout chickeny thing. Will avoid creamy sauces though!

Syns: prawn sandwich (14.5) + syns in the chicken dish... over today but it is weigh in day!
 
Week 2: Sunday 25th November

Had a lovely lie in :) Feeling motivated again this week and quite excited for christmas!! Break up for half term in 4 weeks and will hopefully lose 3.5lbs a week to meet my stone challenge!

Brunch: 2 ww 400g toast (hexb) lean bacon, mushrooms, poached/fry-lite egg

Dinner: homemade lean steak mince burger on flat mushroom, sw chips with laughing cow blue cheese (hexa), side salad with onion rings

Snacks: pom bears (5 syns)

Syns: crisps (5) spashes of milk (3) total syns 8/15

L - chilli (homemade) yoghurt (0.5)
D - no comment :( (home late, chicken hadn't defrosted, microwave kaput, tired, wet, cold = takeaway. So annoyed!

Tuesday 27th November 2012

B - 2 toast with elf cream cheese (hexa) (hexb)
L - chicken and bacon salad
D - steak with slimming world chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion rings (homemade), peas if I have some!

Snacks/syns - pom bears (5) milk splashes (3)

Hoping I still make my 3.5lb target on Saturday!!!
 
Wednesday 28th November

I'm starving! :( Hoping to avoid eating utter junk tonight! Have a ton of marking to do which should keep me busy though!

Dinner: Chilli (extra lean mince, toms, puree, onion, mushrooms, red/green pepper, oxo, chilli powder and boiled rice

Week 3 - Sunday 2nd Dec 2012

Haven't posted for a few days, had a lovely weekend away last minute which involved wine, cocktails, 2 takeaways, white bread and krispy kreme donuts... oooh dear. Anyway had an amazing time seeing old friends from uni and ate small (ish) portions to try and limit damage. Managed a STS which is not bad considering!

Sunday!

Dinner: Roast pork with SW chips and salad

Snacks: pom bears (5) milk (3) total syns 8/15
