Kaynnates food diary - its all new for me!

This is my first go at a food diary on here and today has been my first good day in a while.
So here it goes...

hexa - 250ml glass of lactofree semi-skimmed

hexb - x2 slices wholemeal bread

b - marmite sandwich using my hexb

l - a few thin slices of smoked salmon dressed with lemon juice and some lean cold beef (strange combo i know lol)

d - cabbage, mixed veg (carrot, peas, broccoli), roast spuds with fry light, chicken gravy, x2 york pudds sml

snacks - mango slices, melon slices, x2 freddos

syns - 14 syns

If anyone looks at this i hope ive set it out right!
 
Today has been a good day so far, last night I ended up stress eating although I did recognise it and I didn't eat nowhere near as much as I have in the past. Here's what I ate:

Mullerlight vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles, smoked salmon (weird I know!), a couple of croutons and 2 extra freddos. So most of the stuff was free which isn't too bad.

Now for today's diary post;

Hexa - 250ml lactofree s/s milk

Hexb - x 2 slices wholemeal bread

B - marmite sandwich using hexb with x2 slice apples

L - 2 small salmon fillets

D - chicken breast with lots of salad (lettuce, red cabbage, cabbage, peppers, cherry toms) with smoked salmon...as you can tell I have a bit of an obsession atm!

Snacks - mango slices, small marsbar x2 freddos, banana

Syns - 18

Hello you do so well until it comes to snacks lol I know it's so hard as I am a chocoholic but I save my syns all day so I can have one fill size choc bar in the evening but if u go over 15 syns everyday u may have only a small loss
 
You are very right rosierosie! My snacks is where I let myself down, but it's so hard I've cut down alot to how I used to be, maybe I could try having just one bigger bar (within the 15 syns)
 
Yeah I think if I had a little one I'd have a few and wouldn't b satisfied. I only have fruit and yog for breakfast and free foods in the day that way I have my choccy hi fi bar in the evening and my 15 syns on a proper chocolate bar :) the hi fi lights rocky road ones melted in the microwave really hits the spot
 
I do sw from home but when i used to go to group i used to love the chocolate orange hifi bars they were yummy. I think I will give the bigger bars a go...after all its more chocolate :D
 
I put all my chocolate in the freezer, it lasts so much longer.
 
Lol, it does stop me scoffing it all down at once lol
 
Last night i mindlessly ate a mars bar and i completely didnt think about what i was doing and by the time i did think about it i had devoured it :eek: 8syns.

Main food diary to follow later.
 
8 syns isn't a big deal just have less today

Thanks, i wasnt sure whether i should put it on yesterdays or todays. I weighed in today and lost 2lbs...God knows how! Must have been the exercise.
 
I don't do daily I just do weekly. I'm having 20 syns today but it's ok :/)

Ive never though that! Ive just put in my diary that basically if i go over my syns for a while then i can cut them down gradually (so as i dont notice) until i get to 15syns im only talking 3-4 syns.

Thursday- none weigh in day

Total syns is 100 still. But my High syns are early in the week so by weigh in it averages out to 15ish a day :)

I weigh in on Thursday so my usual week goes like this

Saturday-30
Sunday-10
Monday-10
Tuesday-10
Wednesday-10
Thursday- none weigh in day

Total syns is 100 still. But my High syns are early in the week so by weigh in it averages out to 15ish a day :)

Aren't we allowed 105 syns? If we are...at least you'll get another 5 :) its good to see how someone else works out their week thanks for sharing :)
