What did you think, sometimes I drink it on it's own and sometimes I add a lemon and ginger with it , to make it a bit more palatable,

Aww thanks Von :), everyone has left such kind messages, how could I let you all down. Plus the Challenge has distracted me a bit and given me something to focus. I'm feeling much better after completing Day 1. Well done on the body magic and water and no syns, you trooper you've done better than me :p I'm so happy for you. I bought the freddo bars at Asda, I need something naughty to get through this week ;).

The soup packs you get from asda are they the prepared veg ones that just chuck in a pan , I tried to look at the links you had put on but it just took me to the page to sign in for asda online ,

I thought that to Kay, I went through a phase thinking I'd have to turn to diet pills to help burn the fat from syns and free food...luckily I had another lady for here who helped me see this was a silly idea!! And I soon followed my blip weeks with weeks where I had great losses. Tomorrow I'll post a photo of my losses since September...and you'll see that I did hit a few walls that seemed impossible at the time...but in the end got there very slowly by sticking to extra easy and a couple success express days.

Hit my wall at 11st 3lbs ish....so the last stone!! Please just try hold on to your sanity...and look back at your weight entries in your book and see how many weeks it's been since your last good loss...and suddenly it's all in perspective and you realise for a little while at least that you're doing fine!!

Unfortunately you have hit the stage I did...driving yourself mental obsessing over how to pull big numbers!!! Just want you to know it's totally normal and you're just working it all out :) :)

I found exercise didn't help me one bit!!! Only time it makes a difference is when I run the morning of my weigh in as it seems to help me lose water...need the loo I guess?!!!

The week I did a 10k race I put on weight...so go figure :p

Hope you feel positive soon...by your official weigh in I hope as you need a confidence boost!!! Xx

Aww thanks for getting back to me Lauren. Yep feel like I've hit a wall. I'm more worried that to get smaller I need to eat less. I love my food and if its healthy meals I don't see why I have to portion control or count calories like on free food. Anyway I guess I will just have to be patient like you said. Thanks so much for your support Lauren I really appreciate it. Will pop over to see your progress pics :). Hope you have a lovely week .
