Okie tokie, think I've caught up on 2 days worth 
. Night night everyone, catch up with you all tomorrow. Oh and I have made a quick decision to go to the Saturday group tomorrow morning to get weighed , god knows what the damage will be on the scales after this weeks foodage ! Oh well I'll have to face the music . I will report back after my weigh in tomorrow morning. Night night all .

Hope il be on bit more over the weekend , I've been really rough the past 2 days with temp etc, doubled up with stomach cramps I hope they have subsided now,

confused.com I lost 2.5 lbs 
...okay so the week before I did the soup challenge, as always my body is playing catch up with me, this certainly isn't because of mums dinner ! lol I know when I went to my aunts on Thursday I proper pulled back, I made her have soup with me
, I had lots of it Thursday and Friday, also the amount of work I did in her flat, I think I got a lot of body magic done there, so it seems to have given me this result and I'm going to fly with it ! Not complaining at all.That means I've lost 6.5 lbs in 2 weeks ! Woohoo !
arty0011: I'm a really happy bunny . Other news, I went to my new group, it turns out it is quite far from home
, as much as I wanted to stick with a morning group, I think I will have to go back to my original C, which I don't mind, she is brilliant, only thing is her group is Wednesday evenings, so will have to settle for that I think. So my next weigh in will be this coming Wednesday, so that doesn't give me a full week and also I will weigh more in the evening so I'm expecting a gain on Wednesday, so musn't get too excited with myself . Thereafter my weight should be consistent with evening weigh ins.I'm looking forward to Monday and joining the other girls on the Soup challenge. I will spend some time today looking for some yummy recipes for inspiration. I'm sure they will have a microwave at my work, I can stay on the challenge even when I'm there this coming week

Hello hun, I miss you so much when your not around
, it doesn't seem the same on mins . A lot of my friends have stopped coming on mins as much they used to, I guess they are busy with their lives, but I miss them all. Bev, RR, Pixie, Gilly, Kirsty, Ellejay, hope their all doing ok. I guess once I start working full time, I will be on here less too. I hope your feeling better lovely. I know you logged on real late last night, hope you managed some sleep hun. Hope the cramps and temperature have gone now. Looking forward to catching up real soon. . I am indeed happy. When I came out of the group and looked at my book, I realised I still need to lost another stone before I get back to where I was earlier in the year , it is a bit disheartening but I have to soldier on and not look back. I'm looking forward to the Soup challenge next week, I hope that can at least give me a sts on Wednesday or max a 1lb gain, will wait and have to see. What are your plans for the weekend L ? Kay xx

yep me and L did, because you kept going on about the sunny weather in Cornwall hehe just kidding ! I'm doing fine thanks hun, just came back from group and have lost 2.5lbs so am happy with that . How are you lovely ? Do you have anything nice planned for the weekend ? Kay xx

It kept me awake last night We are putting the new lighting up in the kitchen today. So there will be lots of scrambling around in the loft threading wires through. I definitely need my peppermint spray to keep the spiders away. Message for Cloudy it does work. Yay!! Hope you are having a good weekend. Keep away from those darned bikkies he he

creepy crawlies, the bunny is terrified . I didn't know that peppermint spray gets rid of them , I will keep that tip in mind . Luckily I don't have any but I've got worse `daddy long legs ' oh I can't stand them ! Just the way they move sends a chill down my spine. Wonder if the peppermint spray would work on them . It's nice and sunny here but it was raining a second ago lol. Was contemplating whether to go for a walk or not, will see how I go. Oh I hope the lighting in the kitchen gets sorted for you. Oh I know what you mean about sleep, I woke up at 3am then couldn't go back to bed . What you having for foodage tonight hun ?Kay xx

I bought a spray called "no more spiders" on amazon and you spray it all over the house... when I sprayed it I seen a few spiders and it did say you would because apparently they are trying to get out. After that I haven't seen any for over a year I would highly recommend

I'm really happy that the scales are going in the right direction finally lol . Yep also happy about the job, just going for a trial this week to see how I like it then will decide. I will be sitting down in the office, will be taking my cushions with me for me chair ! xx

. Thanks hun about the loss I am happy. While you were gone Brittany I gained over a stone, so this is like a restart for me also, bit like yourself, this is only my 2nd week where I have started to lose again, I had my cousins over from florida and had a whole month off plan . I'm gutted because I was 2lbs away from my 5.5 stone award, I'm now back at 4 stone . Anyway at least the losses have started to happen again. I would love to get back to where I was by the end of this year.I saw you subscribe to The Soup Challenge, I'm doing it for one week next Monday, want to join us ?
