Kaz's Food Diary - to a slimmer me!

I'm back, after a long break! Have to change my weight etc as iv put on in between! Lost 3.5 lb tonight my first weigh in back.

Today's food:
B: fruit salad, Muller light, toast(b) and jam (2)
L: stuffed peppers and roast carrots (a)
T: turkey slices, sweet potato, lettuce cherry tomatos peppers carrot

Syns: jam from before (2), hifi (6) milky way crispy rolls (6.5)
