I think its wonderful and certainly wouldnt let it worry you! like lea said if youve had a couple of slow weeks then it could just be your body catching up ...

i agree with what the other girls have said about not panicking unless its something that keeps happening, it could be just a number of things catching up with you and the weight coming off!

Everyone else has said along the lines of what i would have said:)

That loss is brilliant and your leader should not have said that to you. That seems a bit out of order.

If you think you should then do go to the Docs, they wont think you re over-reacting, better to be safe than sorry eh. I'm sure everything will be fine but it's best to have a check if your worried about anything, to put your mind at ease x
 
hey kdma, congrats on your loss - thats fantastic. I wouldnt worry about your loss just yet - you may find next week you stay the same - when i first did WW i went with a friend and she consistently lost around the same amount of weight each week - 1 to 3lbs each time. Me, I would lose 2, then 8, then stay the same, then lose 4, 7, put one on.. etc.. i think its just the way our bodies are! Also, look how close you are to 10% :D
 
Hi, Fell much better this morning. Have decided to give it a week and see how I go and depending on result decide on that whether to act or not. thinking about it logically and listening to you all I have had about 4 weeks where my eating has been quite eratic, so this week could be sort of like week 1 as last week I watched my ponts relatively well. I did wonder whether to point or not this week, but decided I will point and keep with them this week.

Well I had the school dinner. Always thought letting the kids have school dinners on occasiion were a treat, but not anymore. The meal was awful and was very high in points, so haven't got many left. Back to normal tomorrow.

Yes, stay off the scales hun.

Don't worry about your big loss - enjoy it! Your leader may have been worried that you've been starving yourself but you know you haven't. When I used to go to SW I used to lose 7lbs or so all at once then stay the same for a bit then have another big loss. Everyone is different.
 
Well done on your loss - 7.5lbs is a fantastic result! Like everyone else has said; don't worry we're all different and lose at different rates :D
 
Had good day yesterday.

Today will be easier than yesterday, so am hopeful for a good day.

Am helpig in school today and have to wear a grass skirt as part of children in need. It is going to be difficult to take the adults seriously today:)

Well not a great day yesterday. I am going to atempt to make the points up.

Determined to be good rest of week. Would be nice to lose half a pound and reach my 10% weightloss.

Hubby said he would cook, so I said make something light (I was at school). Anyway he made jackets with loads of goats cheese and bacon. Lovely, but so many points and I couldn't resist. I then sorta ate some crips and snacks in the evening Oh dear.

Been really good today. Have really bad back ache though. I had a slipped disc earlier in the year, so hope it isn't that again.
