Keep an eye on me??!!

Red Day again today - day 1 in my target for 100% for the month of June.

So, here goes,

B: fruit salad

L: salmon pate again with ryvita and red pepper, banana

D: Fish burger with brown roll (HexB2), tartare sauce made with ex light mayo (1 syn), butternut squash

Snacks: muller light
 
Day 2 - 100% again!

B: Fruit - grapefruit, melon, pineapple

L: Salmon pate w/ ryvita (HexB1)

Dinner: SW KFC chicken (3 syns), SW chips (HexB2), roasted peppers (forgot that I was having bread on chicken as HexB2 and had some SW chips so will syn the bread)

Snacks - muller light, Pom bear crisps (4.5 syns)
 
So far so good for day 3! Again, red day!

B: Melon

L: Wholemeal roll (HexB1), chicken, low fat cheese (1/2 HexA1), coleslaw (2 syns)

D: Steak, peppers, baked potato w low fat butter (2 syns) and low fat cheese (half hexA1)

snacks - Muller light - cherry with choc (2 syns), banana, pear.

so, so far so good, but I'm still really hungry!
 
Sneaky peak at the scales at this morning showed a 2lb gain - I'm assuming it's related to my cycle because I've been as good as gold - but I'll have to stick to red days for the rest of the week in advance of Thursday morning WI!!

B: Weetabix, fruit

L: Prawn salad, mayo and ketchup (3 syns)

D: SW Burger, roasted peppers and butternut squash, coleslaw (2 syns)

Snacks: apple, fruit salad, teddy bear crips (4.5 syns)
