Today has again been a bit mismatch with a family picnic AND a bbq, but still okay :)

  • 2 hard boiled egg whites - 35 cals

Tea


  • Big chunky veg soup - 180

  • Walls light ice-cream - 80 cals

Supper


  • 2 hard boiled egg whites - 35 cals

  • 2 mini strawberry meringues - 40 cals

  • Caramel snack a jack - 50 cals

  • Walls light vanilla ice-cream - 80 cals

  • 3 sugar-free jellies - 30 cals

Total Calories = 975
Exercise = Gym, burnt 460 calories doing cardio, no weights today. Also, lots of running round at a family picnic playing frisbee and with a bouncy ball! :D

This may sound okay, however, throughout the day I've had a fair amount of bread and light margerine and little nibbles of people's food, but I like to think the gym and running about counteracts this :) And I'm patting myself on the back for not having any bbq food! :rolleyes:

Soooo... could have been worse! :p

Well done Lozzy! Sounds like you had a really good day, and pretty healthy too! I try to go to the gym 5 times a week, but even then it's only for 20 - 30 mins. I think I'd die if I exercised as much as you do. Well done! Your stamina must be through the roof!

Aw thankyou Cherry_Pie, I'm obsessed with the gym, it's my 'me' time, and my little hide-away from the outside world lol :p

Everything is good... however I am taking a week of CC - might not be the best idea but I went camping, had my birthday, had a reunion weekend and lots of meals out.... didnt want to CC for it!

I'm very very VERY happy with how I've done today! Everything that has gone in my mouth has been calorie counted and I've not had little nibbles of things, I've resisted allllll day! :D Also, I stopped eating at 8:30pm (that's my new rule) because I know I binge at night! Here we go...

  • 1 mini strawberry meringue - 20 cals

  • 3 and a half grapes

  • 2 x sugar free jellies

Total Calories = 1000
Exercise = Burnt 350 calories on cardio at the gym and weight lifted for 20 minutes, also walked 30 minutes to and from bus stops (would have done more but got distracted by a guy at the gym who wanted to head down to the jaccuzzi with me ;) I'm basing my new motivation for weight loss on this guy now! haha!)

I had my weigh in day today (instead of tomorrow) as I'm away camping for a couple of days and have no access to scales! And the result... 1kg loss! :D So that's like 2lbs! Woop woop! Now for the hard part... keeping it off! Had another good day today and I managed to stop eating at 8:30pm again :) Here goes...

However, I'm going away camping tomorrow night and monday night, but I WILL keep calorie counting and write up my diary when I get back (I'm even coming home early just so I can go to the gym on tuesday before I go out for tea on tuesday night! :p), so hope you all have a brilliant next few days! Hi everyone, I'm back from being away camping for a few days, it's been hard, had it's highs and lows, but I guess looking back it could have been a lot worse, I'm really reeeeally hoping I can pull it back round for the rest of the week and lose a 1lb when I weigh in on sunday. Here's my diary for the past few days...

Sunday 1st August (this was my worst day! And is more of a list of food as I just constantly ate, it wasn't really classed into breakfast, lunch, tea etc...)

  • 2 caramel snack a jacks - 100 cals

  • Crusts off a sandwich - 50 cals

  • 3 hard boiled egg whites - 50 cals

  • Apple - 50 cals

  • Alpen light cereal bar - 60 cals

  • 9 sugar free marshmallows - 45 cals

  • 3 hard boiled egg whites - 50 cals

  • 1 sugar free jelly - 10 cals

  • Apple - 50 cals

  • Alpen light cereal bar - 60 cals

  • 6 sugar free marshmallows - 30 cals

  • Weight watchers pitta bread with marmite - 120 cals

  • 7 sugar free marshmallows - 35 cals

  • Sainsbury's 3 bean and bacon soup - (180 cals)

  • Special k breaks - 100 cals

Supper

  • 2 marmite rice cakes - 60 cals

Total Calories = 1030 (plus milk in tea and a couple of bites of cheese, so not toooo much more!)
Exercise = 1 hour non-stop rowing and about an hours walking

Today, Tuesday 3rd August (not bad, considering I went out for a meal, plus I did lots of exercise! :))

Breakfast


  • Nibbles of people's food (i.e. bite of flapjack, bite of quiche, a jelly sweet) - 100 cals

  • Nectarine - 50 cals

  • 2 marmite rice cakes - 60 cals

Lunch


  • Prawns - 100 cals

  • Marmite rice cake - 30 cals

  • Apple - 50 cals

Snack


  • Nectarine - 50 cals

Tea (went for a meal at the village hotel)


  • Vegetable soup - 250ish cals (I didn't eat the bread that came with it, go me! :D)

  • Lemon tart (my gosh, the most delicious thing I've put in my mouth for a LONG time!!!!) - I'm going to put it at 500 cals

Supper


  • 10 sugar-free marshmallows - 50 cals

  • Caramel snack a jack - 50 cals
And today I stuck to my no eating after 8:30pm :)

Total Calories = 1290
Exercise = 2 hours walking on the moors, up and down lots of steep hills! Half an hour on the treadmill at the gym burnt 300 cals, so a fair bit of exercise! :)

So, here we go, the next few days I'm going to work my bum off at the gym! And stick strictly to 1100 calories, fingers crossed a 1lb weight loss this week pretty please!!!! :)

  • 2 scoops of walls light vanilla ice cream (60 cals) with 4 chopped up sugar-free marshmallows (20 cals) - 80 cals

Supper


  • "Homemade pink 'n' white" - 25 cals

  • Caramel snack a jack - 50 cals

  • 2 marmite rice cakes with a layer of quark - 80 cals

  • Packet of mini jammy dodgers as it is my treat night! :D - 90 cals

Total Calories = 1090
Exercise - burnt 500 calories doing cardio at the gym, then 45 minutes weight lifting and another 30 minutes brisk walking back to the bus stop

So... could have been better, but at least the calories were okay...
 
Calories are now not okay as I've eaten a fair amount of cereal! But at least I'm being honest!

Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse last night and I had a binge that took me up to about 1900 calories! So, I've worked extra EXTRA hard at the gym today, so hopefully that'll counteract it :) Here's what I've had today...
