Hi everyone! I've just joined on here and thought I would start logging my food diaries each day,good luck everyone!

Green Day

Breakfast - 1 choc weetabix (HEB)and ss milk(HEA)

Lunch - Jacket Potato with 28g cheese (HEA) and Baked Beans

Tea - Not sure yet

Snacks so far - Two bananas
 
Breakfast today is...,
One choc weetabix (HEB)with ss milk (HEA)

Lunch

Jacket potato with cheese (HEA) and beans

Tea not sure yet......on a green day
 
EXTRA EASY DAY

BREAKFAST:
1 Choc Weetabix (HEB) & SS Milk (HEA)

LUNCH:
Jacket Potato with cottage cheese and prawns

DINNER:
SW Chicken Tikka Masala (Free!)
SW Mint Raita (1 Syn)
Batchelor Rice (Free)
Two Poppadoms (8 Syns)
1tbsp Mango Chutney (1 Syn)
 
Was going to have BBQ Super Noodles for lunch at work until I was shocked how many syns they are a pack!! 10!!!!Steer clear of them then !lol:)
 
EXTRA EASY DAY

BREAKFAST:
2 Fried Eggs (with frylight) on 2 slices of wholemeal toast (400g) (HEB)

LUNCH:
Stuffed Peppers with Batchelor Rice & 42g Red Fat Mature Cheddar (HEA)

DINNER:
Hmmmmm not sure yet....

SNACKS:
None as yet...
 
EXTRA EASY DAY

BREAKFAST:
2 Fried Eggs (with frylight) 2 Bacon fat removed, 2 RF Asda Sausages (2 syns),1 Waffle (3 syns), Tomato, Mushrooms

LUNCH:
Mixed Berrie Terrine & RF Custard (3 syns)

DINNER:
SW Beef Stroganoff (Free)

SNACKS:
None as yet...
