I'm not too sure if this has been asked before as I've just joined, but can any of the Kellogg's Special K varieties be used as a HEXB? And if so which ones and how much? If not then does it have very high syn values?
I just cant stand any of the ones listed in the book apart from All-Bran Golden Crunch and Special K is my fave cereal ever! Thanks :) x

Special K is not particularly great nutritionally so it is not on the healthy extra list I'm afraid. If you look online under My Weight Loss Tools there is a complete list of the cereals that count as HEBs, many more than in the book as this only gives a sample. You will also find Syns Online where you can look up the syn values of any products you are not sure of

Good luck :)
