Ok starting RC on 1200 cals for 2 weeks.

Tuesday 13th November-

Breakfast- branflakes and milk (using portion pots and allowance) with a banana
Snack- 2 satsumas
Lunch- 2 warburtons thins filled with ham and salad. Side salad.
Snack- 3 small plums
Dinner- not sure yet will see what I can tussle up
I don't know much about RC but 1200 cals sounds really tough! Well done for managing it!
