100% on 810 done!! Back too SS tomorrow, I don't think I'm ready for this eating malarky yet! Going to finish by bara I have for next week, then go back to having 3 shakes a day for 2 weeks, then will start on the bars again for 2 weeks, then try 810 again! Taking bars out of the equation might stop me from wishing the day away so I can have my bars
I had a green pepper omelette today, it filled me up so much! Just ha my bar and I feel like I can not even move!! I feel like I have had a huge binge!!
Been thinking about my weigh in on the coming Saturday and am praying that I get into the 10's!!! I don't remember ever being in the 10's!
Been watching clips of the 30 day shred today on YouTube and I'm going too order it in the morning, and as long as it arrives by Wednesday, I shall be starting it Wednesday night after my C25K run! I'm going too have too up my water I think
I don't know if all that exercise will slow my losses down, the run isn't to strenuous because you walk for half of it, and jog the other half. But the shred is obviously very intense! I need to do it though, I'm sure I'll survive
I'm quite looking forward too it, don't know if I'll be saying that the following day though! I have got my 2 1/2lb weights out of the attick, so I'm ready too roll!
