Hello


I've not followed slimming world for years but I know it works and I'm going to give it 100%

Im really rusty so any help or pointing out if I'm going wrong would be greatly appreciated!

I have also given up smoking (1 month) and joined the gym! So a total change

here's today's diary

breakfast - weetabix oaty bar (is this a b)
lunch- cheese mug shot (1 syn?)
snacks- sw quiche ( broccoli and cheese batchelors, cottage cheese, eggs and tuna) no idea on syns here
dinner- sweet potato wedges, salad, 2 quorn hot dogs (1syn?)

so I'm off to amazon to buy some books and contemplating sw online!

Well day 2 has been ok think I'm remembering the basics

Breakfast- weetabix oaty bar, mixed fruit
Lunch - baked potato and beans
Dinner- rice, chicken, spices, coconut milk, nuts, potato 10 syns I reckon

Working all weekend so needed a small treat tonight :)
