Yeah bl I believe it's normal porridge oats :D
 
BL would you (maybe you have already)post your granola recipe as I would like that on my yoghurt when I stop having the peanut bars.

Yes I've only ever done it with normal oats. The LL porridge would probably be a bit too fine. You need good old fashioned oats!

today had a green tea
apple,pear,celementine :D
2 tbsp quorn mince, quorn fillet and carrots and lettuce and cucumber with a touch of mustard and light dressing was awesome
a frozen fruits smoothie with a lovely banana raisin topping :D
for pud will be yogurt and jelly
had a black coffee, skinny latte was lovely and 1/2 a peanut bar :D

so far today had 2 black coffee
apple pear and
Clementine sliced and diced and put in yogurt sprinkled with peanut bar
a smoothie with protein powder, frozen fruits and banana :D was lovely

tuna with lettuce,cucumber and onions was a delight :D

for pud will be yogurt sprinkled with raisins and almonds and jelly :D

and had a skinny cow hot choc

1053 cals done today :D

you know daisy ive never tried options but skinny cow is lovely for what its worth and 40cal a mug :D

had 3x black coffees cant get enough of them pure goodness
apple, clementine, lovely jubbly :D
oatmeal with a little yogurt and raisins and apple and banana on top and 1/2 a peanut bar was delish
protein shake choc nut :D
main meal will be quorn casserole :)
and pud will be jelly, yogurt and a little blueberries :D

woah just had a piece of lindt so sweet

my diet now consists
of plenty of protein ive upped my calorie intake too 1800 :D through exercise im losing 400 calories, so 1400 is what im holding onto :D
