Ketosis stick

Hi do you need to do the checks on ketosis? I thought that once you were in it you were in it and as long as you just stuck to your packs you would stay in it and that your LLC only checked it to be sure you weren't cheating?? Now I'm not sure whether I should be checking mine so any advice would be great - thanks.

katie, once you are in you are in!! as long as you remain 100% abstinent you wnt come out. I just used a stick every day for reasurrance really.
