Ketosis

    Just curiosity ladies and gents... but anyone know how often we should be checking we're in ketosis??? Once we're in and stick to the packs and water, should we stay in??? :confused:

    I checked every morning for the first 2 weeks, but then as I knew I was being good, so should stay in, stopped. Then when I had my slip up last week I checked every few hours just until I knew I was back again, but after 2 days when I knew I was ok again stopped.

    i only checked every few days for a couple of weeks then never bothered really, as long as u stick to it 100% u will stay in :D
