Ketosis

I checked every morning for the first 2 weeks, but then as I knew I was being good, so should stay in, stopped. Then when I had my slip up last week I checked every few hours just until I knew I was back again, but after 2 days when I knew I was ok again stopped.
 
I've never bothered checking.

If you're sticking to the packs and losing weight, it's working :clap:
