Hello

Is there anyway apart from Ketostix that you knew you had gone into Ketosis??

Just wandering thats all, on day 3, getting quite bad headaches today, last 2 days they have been pretty mild but today they are quite bad no matter how much I drink!

Yeah your bum will dribble sometimes (Tracey J) had this problem...very sad, poor lass. Also sleep walking naked in the street is very common (Lillie) suffers from this still, she got knocked over once thats why she's a bit daft, shame, bless her! The worse one though is uncontrollable masturbation in public places I wont mention names but this can be quite messy. How are you now Nictastic, hope ya better hun!

I think the worst and most obvious is the inability to stop yourself from humping inanimate objects. Thats only happened to fattothin, but then I'm not 100% if that was a symptom or if he always did that.
