Hello im at the end of day 3 I thought i would try a ketostix as im bored and it didn't change colour, does it go dark pink when you get into ketosis?

Any form of pink means you are in ketosis

I have them and still after almost 6 weeks they barely change colour but i'm never hungry so don't get too hung up on what shade they turn or you'll drive yourself mad!! Give it another day or two and you'll notice you crave food more than actually be hungry
