As it is diluted would it be better for me to do it first thing in the morning then? I got a little worried as I only lost 3lbs this week. I am on week number three. Lost 9lb,4lb and now only 3lb

Woah...don't be disappointed... that's 16lb in 3 weeks! If you were doing WW or SW you'd be there a good 6-8 weeks before you lost that much! You are doing amazingly well :) xx

Just be aware that if the K-Stick shows a reading, then you are in ketosis. That is all you are aiming for. The darker it is, the more dehydrated you are, so the more water you should drink.

First thing in the morning the reading will be quite dark because you have had no water all night.

As long as you have a reading, you are fine.
