Well I lost 2.5 lbs this week, but it's been up and down for about 5 weeks now. Have got my one and a half stone award back but it's nigh on impossible that I get my 2 stone award by this time next week for our wedding anniversary. Am at the hospital tonight for 2 ultrasound scans, so hopefully my health problems will soon be sorted and I'll be able to concentrate on getting slimmer and fitter

Well, had the scans last Thursday, but no results yet. Lost 1 ln this week, so feeling a little more motivated. Just need to keep reminding myself how good it feels to losee and how rubbish I feel when I stuff myself with c**p !!
