ProPoints Kezza's weight loss n food diary!!

Well here's today's diary! Started off great but then went a bit to pot! went to cinema late so snacked before hand then too late to start cooking when I got back!


Breakfast = oat so simple pot = 5
Alpen bar = 3
Milk in tea's = 3

Total = 9

dinner = tuna on brown with salad cream = 8

Snacks = 1 sweet = 1
cup cake ( boyfriends mum made them, Mmm Mmm lovely ) guess at = 5
1 lemon dodge= 2
Cup of soup = 2
Bit of popcorn at cinema = 3

Total = 13


Tea :-/ = lucky charms with milk = 7

Total for tod = 39 oops !

I must add I did go on treadmill tod for 20min, burnt 270 cal! :) , will go on tomorro before work aswel! X
 
Not seen lucky charms for years!! What did u watch at cinema anything good? Wen u go cinema I take sone boots shapers popcorn with me it's 2pp per bag I love popcorn n think cinema popcorn is quite high xx
 
Well my boyfriend loves lucky charms so We brought some back from America, massive box for about 2 dollars! Dint last two min! Haha then when I went to London a few wk back I brought some back , there was a little shop that sold all American cereals, sweets ect! Smallest box ever for 6£!!! Bought two boxes! def think they should sell them again over here!

Went to watch rise of the planet of the apes, was really good! I usually buy the butterkist popcorn in multi pack bags, think they are only 3 pp and not the low fat version!! I just had a couple handfuls of my boyfriends sweet popcorn last night! Xx

Dinner = m n s salmon n cucumber sandwhich = 9

Tea = m n s count on us, Cajun chicken pasta = 10

Snacks = ww humbugs = 2

Total for today = 30
Weeklies used = 1 ( yay, really proud of myself for not having a snacky day )
Weeklies left = 31 - so far so good! ( also famous last words lol )
 
Oh not n to forget .. Did half hour on treadmill, burnt 400 cals :) :) :) :)
 
Yeh go see it gemma! Bit of a tear jerker at parts! .. yep I'm gonna try n keep up with the exercise! Xx

Mini pot fruit salad = 0

Tea = m n s chicken in mushroom sauce with new pot n green beans = 7
Total = 7

Snacks = alpen nut n raison bar= 3
few hula hoops = 3
4 x jellies = 2
Malteaser hot drink = 2

Total = 10 ( on snacks , grr)

Total = 34

Oh n another 20 min on treadmill tod! 280 Cals burnt! :) x

boyfriends just goin to order a curry for his tea! :-( not fair! Love take out curry! no way have I enough weeklies left! Think I'll just have to settle with my m n s meal of fish in cheese sauce with sweet pot n cabbage! Sounds a bit of a weird one now I say it out loud! :-/ hope it's nice!
 
My bf did that with Chinese last week I wanted it Soooo bad :( I just bad the ww tikka masala meal for dinner was v tasty! X
 
It's so hard int it my oh us always at it saying shall we get a take away don't think they realise how hard it is to say no xx
 
I knw I was practically drooling watching him eating it! even tho I'd just had my tea! Haha .. He's always on the unhealthy stuff, it's so hard being on a diet around him! Buys all the naughties in too! Men! Xx
